Save the image to your computer.

Then use this: [link] website to convert the .png image into a .ico file.

Windows icons use the .ico format, meaning this is 100% necessary.

Once done right click desktop -> Personalize -> Change desktop icons -> Recycle Bin

Pick change icon, then browse. From there locate where you saved this image (as a .ico) and choose it, and hit ok.
